This site is aimed at libraries, library users, schools, students and the wider reading community.
It is your site where you can share your interest in literature, poetry and the written word with like-minded individuals. You can write your own book reviews, read what others think about books they have read and keep in touch with what is happening in the literary world.
If you attend one of the schools in the borough you can find out what your school is doing in partnership with Stockton Borough Council Library service. Find out what is happening with the Homework Clubs, cast your vote in the Stockton Children's Book of the Year event or follow the Young Librarian of Year competition.
We have a special section for the many reading groups across the borough where they can exchange ideas and report on what they are up to, what books they have read and what they thought of them.
You can also access the Stockton Library catalogue from here to browse for books, CDs, DVDs etc, renew your borrowed items and place tour online requests for any items on the catalogue.
You can visit the Virtual Reference Shelf and even ask a real live librarian a question online - any time of the day or night!
